Ten Gallons of Wit for the Witty

Today we brewed ten gallons of beer... You hear that Yards ten gallons, you better watch the hell out because we're coming for you and every one like you. We brewed a belgian wit (white) which was basically pilsner malt and some wheat flakes. Nothing special about the ingredients, everything special about the brew sut-up. We just spent a lot of money for teh ability to brew 30 gallons at a time. Dont worry pictures will be posted soon.

Till then leave some G-D Damn Comments!!!!

Well Springtimes here and we find ourselves more connected to the brew than ever. Repitching the yeast was a hoot. I'd highly recommend to all homebrews to splurge on an extra glass carboy for primary fermentation. Not only will your beer thrive(plastic will breathe causing unnecessary oxyginating of the brew), but witnessing the yeast orgy upon repitching the slurry will be sure to toot your whistle. Down with plastic! We've also cut down on chlorinated water contact by doing all sterilization with Iodine solution(iodofur)which needs not a rinse. Bleach users, you're wasting time and water.
The flameworkers conference was cool, but lacked intoxicating beverage.
