FREE BEER Junto

This past Thursday i had the honor of sitting on the Philly Junto Panel and sharing some of our finest brew.

What do you guys do w/ your spent grains?

I live in the city and I don't know if i want to deal with the stink of a compost pile in my aprox. 25sq.ft. of outdoor space.

I tried making bread from the grains, but that uses about 1/2 pound per loaf, and I wouldn't know what to do w/ so many loaves of bread. I can barely eat one before it starts to mold.

Any ideas?
