Belgian Summer Part 2

This week we began a new run of Belgians. We were going for a simple Chimay style.

Grain (all weights estimated):
  • 20lbs of Pale
  • 4lbs crystal
Hops:
  • 2 1/4 oz Northern Brewer
  • 2oz Sterling
  • Haltertau
We used a Belgian Abbey Ale Yeast
