Afternoon Amarillo Ale

We brewed 10 gallons of pale ale today. We used some Caramunich and a little bit of Carafoam malt in addition to the base pale malt. We hopped it pretty well with Amarillo hops for aroma and flavor. As an experiment, we got 2 different kinds of yeast one European and the other American. We'll let you know how they turn out.

The highlight of the day had to be all the improvements to our equipment. I picked up a drill to use with our Maltmill, which I highly recomend. We milled 25lbs of grain in about 10mins, KICK ASS! We also got a wort Chiller, which worked very well.
