OatmeaL STOUT

Here we are, nearing the New Year of the year of beer. We've been brewing some hefty beers but haven't been posting recipes for some reason. These beers inclue an Oatmeal Stout, Imperial Stout, Some black goodness. We harvested the Pumpkin Ale and Honey Brown, along with Two Pale Ales using German Hops.
Saaz-Tettnang Pale:
Tasty Beer using German hop varieties. We hopped like Americans and you could taste it. This beer has a full body with a very strong subltle flowery aroma. A hit at the sukkah party. But not as popular as the so called )Crazy" Beer that really wasn't so Crazy.
)Crazy(Beer
Much more bitter with a very crisp finish. Very clean and clear.
Hunny Brown)(
This beer tastes a little too yeasty. Hopefully in a couple months they will be more drinkable.
Pumpkin{
My favorite of all four. Serious malty body,sweet with a subtle spiciness. It was ready to drink 4 weeks after it was Brewed. Will definitly be brewed again, maybe with a little more pumpkin.
We hope everyone has a happy kick ass thanksgiving.
