A Lager Like No Other

We drank our first homebrewed Lager this weekend and it is like no other lager I've ever tasted. It's clean and refreshing but more yeasty than I expected. I think it has an almost floral nose that reminds me of a Belgiam wheat like Hoegarden. It came out hazier than i had hoped; possibley becuase we didn't use Irish Moss on this one, but is no less delicious or enjoyable than i had hoped.

No this was not the George's Fault, we still have yet to crack those open. When are you coming home again?
