5 Gal FREE BEER (codename Chopolte), 10- Gal Amber

For this Brew we did 1 batch chipotle infused and 2 batches without.

Here is the recipe:

Grains:
26 LB American Pale
5 LB Dark Munich
5 LB 50-60 L Crystal
2 LB Torrified Wheat
Mash at low temp(148)


Adjuncts:
3 LB Demerera Sugar
We added 3 big handfuls of dried chipotles to the one batch at the end of boil.

Hops:
60 min 3 oz Phoenix 10%
15 min 3OZ Willliamette through
