Hello good friends, today was a beautiful day to brew, as usual. A little hot especially as the anticipation for the boil leads into an overwehlming dark green infusion of Cannabis's lovely sister.
The multi grains hit the spot earlier this month. Fairly full bodied for a wheat beer. Too bad we don't have the recipe to share with you all. But the Nut Brown and Imperial Porter are certainly worth brewing, (and the Pale to boot) The Porter was an attempt to immitate the hearty and delicious Heavy Weight "Perkuno's Hammer". The Dry hop was crucial with denerous amounts of Hallertau hops with a well balanced combination of coffee and sweet hoppy aromas. The Brew crew of the Indian king brewery put's all the freshest ingredients, and smelliest hops, along with blood, sweat, tears, and a whole lot of love too.

Golden Belgian
20 Lbs Pale Malt
2 Lbs Carapils(18-20L?)
2 Lbs Light Wheat Malt
We're hopin for 10 Gallons of finished beer by the way
Mash 158(Got a little hotter than we hoped, maybe the 100 degree weather and el sol played a part.
60 minute boil
60 min 1.5-2 Oz Sterling Hops (5.5%)
15 minute Norther Brewer 1 or 2 Oz
Irish Moss
Belgian Ale Yeast
Water pumps and Coil chillers suck so we now siphon directly downstairs.
Come Over and have a homebrew
